Some people think that having a set of retirement age for everybody, regardless of occupation, is unfair. They believe that certain workers deserve to retire and receive a pension at an earlier age. Do you agree or disagree?

solution: Retirement and receiving pension is proved as boon for the senior citizens to live their life in a better way. Some persons think that having specific age for retirement is unfair for some workers. Moreover, they think that employees deserve to retire and get a pension at an earlier age. Now, I am going to elaborate this statement and give my perspective in the upcoming paragraphs.

To commence with, there are several reasons that some workers should retire at earlier age. Firstly, a retirement  age of 65 years creates unemployment in the nation because the younger ones who are more energetic and techsavy do not get any opportunity to show their talent.

Furthermore, early retirement helps the employers to improve their productivity by hiring well qualified persons in the organization. Moreover, an early retirement helps the employees to solve their family problems and they can spend time with them. Last but not least, for new innovation there should be early retirement.

To conclude, it can be said that early age retirement should be permitted to eradicate the problem of unemployment.

The gap between rich and poor is widening continuously . What reasons are responsible for this occurance. How can this be reversed?

Writing Task 2 :

The gap between rich and poor is widening continuously . What reasons are responsible for this occurrence . How can this be reversed ?

Sample answer ,

There is no doubt that the gap present clearly today between the poor and rich is getting wider by time and is affecting the life of human beings . Now, I am going to discuss my perspectives in upcoming paragraphs.

To commence with, there are many reasons of this situation. firstly, unequal distribution of income. Equilibrium of society depends on how this income is shared among the people. Secondly, the economic model is capitalism. One who has capital has the chance to improve their business and obtain wealth. On the other hand, poor guys are less likely to build a business because of absence of capital. Last but not least, Tax policies introduced by the governments are favorable for the high net worth people. To epitome, entrepreneurs have different tax slabs that make them avail tax exemptions like, opening an office in a special economy zone can result in good saving and increase in profit.

Probing further, to reduce this gap or to end this unhappiness, people should teach their children about the importance of social justice. Moreover, Individuals should alter the roots and dynamics of our community. In spite of it, bridging the gap can only be done if equality is achieved in the basic needs like education and healthcare. In addition , there should be transparent laws for poor and rich.

To sum up, it can be said that no community and nation can prosper unless the gaps are bridged between people of all aspects. If the government do not take immediate actions, it is going to grow in future as well.
